Natalix
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 August 2026
Natalix is published by Zero Four Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in Israel (company no. 514460609). Questions: info@zerofour.app.
The short version
Natalix has no accounts and no user profiles on any server. Your name, birth date, birth time and birth place never leave your device. Your chart, your daily readings and your compatibility readings are all worked out on the phone itself, and they keep working with no connection at all.
The only reason the app ever goes online is to check whether you have paid.
What is stored on your device
All of this lives in Natalix's own storage on your phone. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else, and all of it is removed when you delete the app.
- The name you gave a chart (optional, leave it blank and the app says "You")
- Birth date, birth time, and whether the time was known
- Birth place: its name, country, region, latitude and longitude, and its IANA time zone (e.g.
Europe/London), plus the UTC offset in force there on that date - Any additional charts you save, including ones you create for other people
- A count of how many days you have opened a reading, and a tally of which hours of the day you tend to open the app, used only to pick a sensible time for the daily reminder
- Your chosen accent colour, your notification preference, and a cached note of your subscription status so the app can paint before the store answers
- A snapshot of your pinned chart in a shared container on your device, so the home-screen and lock-screen widgets can draw it
Deleting a chart in the app removes that chart. Deleting the app removes everything above.
What leaves your device
Only subscription checks. When the app needs to know whether you have an active subscription (and when you buy one) it talks to:
- Apple, who take the payment. We never see your card, your Apple Account email, or your billing address. Apple's handling of that is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat, the service we use to keep track of subscription status (RevenueCat's Privacy Policy). RevenueCat is based in the United States.
What those checks carry: an anonymous customer identifier that the app generates on your device (we never ask you to create an account, so there is nothing for it to be attached to), what you purchased and whether it is still active, and standard technical information the RevenueCat SDK collects such as app version, operating system version, device model and store country.
What they do not carry: your name, your email address, or any part of your birth data.
Location
Natalix asks for your location only if you tap "Use my current location" while entering a birth place. You can always type the place instead.
If you do use it, the coordinates are turned into a place name and a time zone on your device, and that place (including its coordinates) is saved with your chart in the app's own storage. It is not transmitted anywhere.
Notifications
The daily reminder is scheduled by iOS on your device, and its text is composed on your device from your chart. There is no push server and no notification token; nothing about the reminder reaches us. You can turn reminders off in the app, or in iOS Settings.
What we do not do
- No analytics, and no product or usage tracking of any kind
- No crash or error reporting
- No advertising identifiers (IDFA), no advertising SDKs, no ad networks
- No third-party trackers or social-media SDKs
- We do not sell or share personal information, and we never have
If this ever changes, this policy and the "Help & privacy" screen inside the app will change with it before the new version ships.
Children
Natalix is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16; in practice we do not collect personal information from anyone, since nothing you enter leaves your device.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the CCPA/CPRA).
Because Natalix holds nothing about you on any server, you exercise most of these rights directly and immediately: your data is on your device, you can edit any part of it at any time, and deleting a chart or deleting the app erases it.
For purchase records, the holders are Apple and RevenueCat. Requests about those should go to them, and we will help if you contact us at info@zerofour.app.
You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Legal bases (for people in the EEA and the UK)
- Performance of a contract, checking and restoring your subscription so you get what you paid for.
- Legitimate interests, keeping the app working correctly and preventing fraudulent or duplicated purchases.
We do not rely on consent for anything except location, which you grant per use and can withdraw in iOS Settings.
Retention
Data on your device stays there until you delete it. Subscription records held by Apple and RevenueCat are retained under their own policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change it we will update the date at the top, and material changes will be noted in the app.
