Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Zero Four Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in Israel (company no. 514460609), covering your use of the Natalix app. By downloading or using Natalix you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Natalix is, and what it isn't

Natalix draws a Human Design chart from a birth moment and writes readings from it. It is provided for personal reflection and entertainment only.

Human Design is a modern system of self-reflection. It is not science and it is not medicine, and nothing in it has been shown to predict anything about anybody.

Natalix does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, legal or any other professional advice, and nothing in it is a diagnosis, a treatment, a prediction or a recommendation. Decisions about your health, your relationships, your money and your work are yours alone, and you are responsible for them. Never delay, avoid or disregard advice from a qualified professional because of something you have read in Natalix. If you are struggling, please speak to a doctor or a mental health professional.

A chart can only ever be as accurate as the birth details you enter. We aim to compute correctly from what we are given, but we do not warrant that any chart, reading or transit time is accurate, complete or fit for any purpose.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Natalix on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its content except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Subscriptions, trial and billing

Some features require a paid subscription.

• Free trial: 7 days. The length shown on the purchase screen at the moment you subscribe is the one that applies. If you have already used a trial or introductory offer for Natalix, it may not be available again.
• Plans and prices: shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency as reported by the App Store. Current plans are a yearly and a monthly subscription; the price you see on the purchase screen at the moment of purchase is the price that applies.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
• Cancelling: in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; the current period runs to its end. Cancelling during a free trial before it ends avoids any charge.
• Refunds: handled by Apple, not by us: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
• Unused trial time is forfeited if you buy a subscription before the trial ends.

We may change prices or plans for the future. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and Apple will ask you to confirm before any increased price is charged.

4. Your content and your data

Your birth details and saved charts stay on your device. We do not collect them and cannot recover them for you: if you delete the app or lose the device, they are gone. See the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to enter another person's birth details into a chart you create for them.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its design, its illustrations and its written readings are ours or our licensors'. Gate, channel, centre, Type, Authority and Profile names are the shared vocabulary of Human Design and are used as such; the descriptive text in Natalix is written for this app.

Natalix is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Jovian Archive, the International Human Design School, or any other Human Design organisation.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Natalix to break the law, to harass anyone, to present its readings as professional advice to others, or to interfere with the app's operation or security.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natalix is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, damage or outcome arising from your use of Natalix or from acting on anything in it, including any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Natalix in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the app or your breach of these terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using Natalix at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms. Sections 1, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 12 survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted in the app, and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use Natalix after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Haifa have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections and the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.

13. Apple

These terms are between you and us only, not with Apple, and we alone are responsible for Natalix and its content.

• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Natalix.
• If Natalix fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation in respect of Natalix, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to Natalix, including product liability claims, any claim that Natalix fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any third-party intellectual property claim that Natalix infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and upon your acceptance Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
